Becoming a sponsor
If you are looking to become a licenced sponsor, let us guide you through the various steps in the process. We will ensure that you have the correct policies and procedures in place for compliance, which is critical for the future of your licence. TWO can take on full management of your sponsor licence, or act as an authorised user to be on hand to assist whenever needed. We can also provide simplified guidance documents to reduce the burden on you.
Audit
If you are unsure if you are doing things right, let us check before UKVI do! We offer mock audits to highlight areas of weakness in your processes and help you to successfully pass a UKVI inspection (with considerably less stress). We take on the role of good cop and see UKVI as the bad cop, so you can feel confident that you can be open and honest with TWO about any concerns, without fear of jeopardising your licence.
Sponsor Management System
TWO can offer more than advice and guidance by taking the administrative burden of the Sponsorship Management System off your hands. By authorising us a Level 1 user on your licence, we can carry out tasks such as; assigning certificates of sponsorship for your employees, notifying UKVI of any changes to circumstances of your sponsored workers, and applying for restricted certificates of sponsorship.
Policy writing
Having clear policies and procedures relating to immigration compliance is crucial for the survival of your sponsor licence. Policies, particularly those relating to immigration, can easily miss important details when the rules are constantly changing. We can review your key documents in relation to current compliance requirements, or draft them from scratch.
