Our online learning platform has been created to help you to navigate the immigration landscape with confidence, from the comfort of your own desk (or sofa!).

Depending on individual training needs, you can choose individual courses within the portfolio, or everything within the portfolio for increased value.
Individual courses: £65 (plus VAT)

How Does It Work?
Each participant receives a unique user ID and password, along with a link to the TWO Academy.
Access to their designated course is available for one year.
Each course has a downloadable workbook to complete (online or by hand) to embed learning.
Workbooks include tips, links and reference material for future use.
Each course includes a short test designed to check understanding. Incorrect answers are explained and correct answer provided.
Participants receive a completion certificate via email.

UPDATE COURSE: APRIL 2024 RULE CHANGES (available from 18 April)
This course covers the key changes to the immigration rules, and particularly focus on Skilled Worker visa criteria to highlight how you can support current and future non-UK nationals. We will break down the changes and highlight what options are available, should sponsorship no longer be a viable option in any particular situation. It will give you clear insight into what you need to adjust in terms of your processes and procedures, to ensure you remain compliant.
Main Objectives:
Learn about the new salary thresholds - for new applicants to the route, and for those who already have a Skilled Worker visa
Understand the new options for tradeable points (new entrants, individuals with a PhD, job on the Immigration Salary List, transitional arrangements, health and care visas)
Understand the salary thresholds required for indefinite leave to remain
Learn about the visa options available to those who will not be eligible for sponsorship
Clarify other changes including supplementary work for Skilled Workers, Global Business Mobility visa salaries, and family visas.
This can be purchased as a stand alone course for those wishing to update their working knowledge of Skilled Worker sponsorship. It can also be included within the sponsorship portfolio, should anyone wish to do any combination of the four available courses.

COURSE ONE: BECOMING A SPONSOR
This course will cover the key considerations for a Skilled Worker sponsor. It will give you clear insight into what you need to consider in terms of the costs of sponsorship, the compliance UKVI will expect from you. The course outlines the process of becoming a sponsor, and that of sponsoring a skilled worker.

COURSE TWO: PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES
This course will cover the key considerations for your processes and procedures, as a licensed sponsor. It will give you clear insight into the requirements for both you as the sponsor, and your skilled worker, in order to remain compliant.
Main Objectives
Understand the points based system
Explore the criteria for sponsorship of a skilled worker
Understand implications of points for a visa applicant
Explore the implications of intra company transfers
Learn about the new Health Care Worker Visa
Understand the process of assigning a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)

COURSE THREE: AUDIT PREPARATION
This course will enable you to prepare for a UKVI audit. It will give you clear insight into what happens at an audit, what UKVI will be looking for, and highlight common weak spots which you can address beforehand.
Main objectives:
Understand the purpose of a UKVI audit, what can trigger a visit etc.
Learn what to expect during a compliance visit
Understand the key areas of interest for UKVI
Explore what happens after an audit
Learn how to mitigate the risks associated with a compliance audit
