The Home Office has confirmed the Sponsor Management System will be unavailable from 02 April - any CoS that rely upon the current rules and salary thresholds must be assigned by 7pm on Tuesday 02 April. More detail here:

Workshops
We run various workshops for employers - full day and half day refresher courses for a range of training needs. Each workshop is delivered online and offers an opportunity for you to ask lots of questions to enable all delegates to put the learning into context.
